“Fifteen years ago, when I founded Cygnus Music, the music industry was markedly different. Vinyl was the primary medium for most DJs, downloads were just an additional stream of revenue, legal streaming services were in their infancy, and online music piracy was rampant.

I recognised the transformative potential of digital music and the niche for tailored, specialist distribution services in the music genres that I had grown up with and cherished.

Our mission was clear from the beginning. We aimed to deliver a world-class experience for labels and artists by managing their digital distribution, while maintaining the personal touch that had been diminishing in the industry.

Now, 15 years later, I am proud to say that we have collaborated with some of the top names in our field and have supported numerous artists on their path to success, all while staying true to our core values.

I want to express my gratitude to all our incredible clients who tirelessly create and share great music worldwide. I also extend my thanks to all the staff at Cygnus Music for their unwavering dedication and hard work.
