NEW: Updates & Developments

Cygnus Music clients can now enjoy a range of exciting updates to our Label Management System, including a revamped homepage dashboard, a new payment system with faster transactions, exclusive discounts on top music service providers, a release schedule calendar, and much more!

You’ll notice a significantly updated homepage designed for a faster and more convenient experience. You can now easily access new services alongside your labels, accounts, payments, and distribution schedule—all in one place. We’ve also introduced a space for key company announcements, ensuring you stay informed. Plus, check out our brand-new ‘Deals’ service, offering exclusive discounts on leading industry services.

Replacing our existing ‘Shop’, we have now launched our new deal page. Click on ‘Deals’ to view and redeem a range of leading services from analytics providers, licensing providers, mastering engineers, designers, products and more. We’ll always be adding new deals, and aim to get the best discounts exclusively for Cygnus Music distribution clients.

We’re excited to share that with the launch of our new payment system, we will now be processing bank transfer and PayPal payments every working day from Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). We hope this enhancement to our payment schedule provides added convenience and supports your business operations more efficiently.

Payment requests are now handled through our new system. You can now request payments directly from the home page. You can also request payments directly from the accounts page at the top right of the label transactions page. Any existing labels that are set up with payments currently will have their details carried over, however for any new users or labels that have not yet added their payment details, you will be prompted to add your payment details. Once you have added your payment details you can navigate back to the home page and request payments for the specific label.
